Orders to Taoyuan, Nankan, and Linkou can be delivered within as fast as 24 hours. Delivery to other areas generally takes up to 2 days.

✿ Delivery Arrangements
All floral gifts are delivered by our dedicated staff. Delivery times may vary depending on distance, traffic conditions, order volume, or peak seasons and special holidays. We will make every effort to deliver within your requested time frame. Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations; please contact customer service for details.
✿ Substitution of Accessories and Containers
Flower containers, decorative items, and other accessories may be substituted based on stock availability and may not exactly match the product photos.
✿ Seasonal Flower Availability
All arrangements are photographed using actual products. Due to seasonal changes, certain flowers or color tones may vary. If specific flowers are unavailable, they will be replaced with flowers of equal value, and any substitutions will be communicated before the arrangement is created.
Orders for Taoyuan, Nankan, and Linkou areas can be placed at least 1 day in advance. Orders for other areas should be placed at least 3 days in advance.
✿ Returns and Order Acceptance
Flowers and plants are perishable products and are not covered by the 7-day cooling-off period under applicable regulations. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
